Hi all I am looking for an experienced event photographer, to capture all elements of a conference at Pendley Manor Hotel in Tring.

This includes (but is not limited to), general event photography of stage and staging, speakers on stage and back stage, F&B areas and general shots of delegates during the conference, exhibition stand photos, registration areas, genera delegate mingling during evening reception. Timings: 4th June - 8.30am – 6pm (timing to allow shots of set up as well as the conference. Also allows for the first hour of the evening reception to capture the first hour of the evening reception) 5th June - 8.30am – 6pm (timing to allow shots of set up as well as the conference. Also allows for the first hour of the evening reception to capture the first hour of the evening reception) 6th June - 08:30 - 12pm Delivery: A few sample edits within 3 days post events Full delivery within 7 days Only digital copies needed - no physical Quote - I am looking for a flat rate per day (full day and half day rate), including travel per day. We are passing costs to an end client, so if you are unable to provide the requested costs above (including costs for your full travel per day), your quote will not be considered. No accommodation is included, crew F&B is included.
